What I'm saying is that he claims he never spread true pictures of her. Is it impossible that he had a random nude spray or whatever that he found in a 7chan dump and she claimed it was her? There is literally no way to prove that the stuff it was claimed he was going to spread was even the stuff that she sent him. 1. because there is no person at the computer that looks like those pictures as a reference and 2. because she had lied previously about personal things. and when i say personal i mean interpersonal, not my name is anya.
also define 'here' i was eating popcorn the whole time the second ban drama was going down...

no i'm saying that it could have been pictures outside of her dump dude. she could have 'claimed' any of the pictures of her target id's bodyshape as being of her.
they could be. be the intent of spreading it is still there. he still threatened to post anya naked. Thats where the evidence is agaisnt him. and some of his friends did get those pictures. he offered them to me when we were stil lfriends, i said no
so if i said I had naked pictures of a male friend and made a spray of a random penis and spread that around i would get banned? even if the dude i knew was black and the spray i made was of a clearly white man? (keep in mind that the friend never claims to be black, but it's revealed later on to be the situation. Also his testimony is how i get banned.)

I was never 100% sure on the photos and I never claimed to be. The images he "sent" out never surfaced to any admin as far as I am aware and yes, anything I sent to him was not me. In turn, there was no "lie to get direwulf banned", he made MANY posts on the forums threatening me and starting shit and pretty much stating "HEY IF YOU WANT HER PINFO, MESSAGE ME."
The ban was brought up because of his posts containing threats to post personal information, including OR excluding photos. He still had quite a bit of my personal information. The ban WAS NOT put in place because of photos.
That being said! I do not care if he is on the servers or not. I don't want to hear his voice or put up with anything from him so if I happen to run into him at any point I will take the high road and leave and/or client mute. It's not a big deal.
Anything I posted in this thread was fact. It is awful, in my opinion, that all of these guys go around idolizing Direwulf because he drinks until he can hardly breathe and is sorta funny for 1/4th of the time he's on server. He's not a great guy and I was attempting to make that clear. I would obviously prefer to keep him gone, but I'm not going to kick and scream and throw a fit if he's unbanned, I don't care that much.
And at the time of everything with Lord3 we didn't really have any solid rule against harassment/whatever bullshit he was saying and I didn't feel comfortable putting a ban in place and opening up that can of worms without a definite, clear rule backing me up.
I think most of us if not all can agree that his bans are at least for the most part justified and that we'd all be better off without him in the long run.

and he wasn't banned just because of the pictures. i do not know how many times i need to say this
probably, but it's not even the point of it. There are tons of people we could do without and yet you're told to just client mute. or block or whatever.
1. There was a spray if i remember correctly. I WISH I HAD PHOTOGRAPHIC MEMORY SO I COULD JUST SEARCH OUT THE THREAD.
2. He made life uncomfortable for you and threatened you. He never actually broke that rule, unless you had a random stranger calling you on behalf of him? We never got steak banned for basically stalking out my facebook and then sharing my facebook that at the time had my address and number on it. Why do you get special treatment again?
3. You have dealt with bullshit drunk/high people in the past. You wouldn't even tell him to calm down. I have lost faith in you as an 'authority' figure from that point on.
ex: I can say I know the home address of someone i know. i might have their cell number because i dunno, i need to reach them for stuff... say it's a cali area code but i know they live in like... florida. I could claim i have pictures of them. they could be honestly concerned that i do. I do not. I claim it again and again and threaten to send out info to pms, do i get banned for spreading personal info? what if i never gave out a number?
No, I think he's crossed the line way too many times to be considered just one of those "people we could do without".

I can verify that Dire was blabbing on and on one night on US21 about CiNiC being a rapist. I muted him, as I had done repeatedly before (before Anya had even been introduced to Skial).

Can we just put it like this guys? Doesn't matter why he was banned, just that he was, he came back avoiding another permaban using a new account which is grounds for an additional permaban. End of story. No need to drag up old drama when this is all there is to it now. At least for us new people.

This is the reason I voted no. I was not around so I only have this to go off of.
The spray was never seen by anyone except Toxik, who said it was some ass photo and he removed it. But still, the ban was put into place for many other reasons, SOME OF WHICH DON'T EVEN RELATE TO ME. and I really can't even reply to anything else. If you are referring to when I think you are with L3, he was in mumble with me and deer or mcgama or someone else, I don't remember who and half the time he was spouting off shit to you I was telling him over and over in mumble to chill out. If you're talking about any other instance I really have no clue and I'm sorry if you felt I didn't administrate correctly there but there's not really an awful lot I can do about it not, hm?
When Steak posted all that about you, I gave him a formal warning. I made note of it to other admins that he had a warning against him and if anything else had occurred after that action would have been taken. If you had felt that that was inadequate at the time, you should have said something to me or any other admin. Really, you have options when it comes to talking to admins about things. But that's all off-topic.
