Tell you what..... I will have a contest soon and if the winner wants some of my desserts.. like bars and cookies(things that will hold up to travel). I will vacuum seal and send. I used to send cookies and bars to my husband and the rest of his unit in Iraq.

Decided to get off my ass and actually make something.
Tuna Rolls! Mixed in onions, bell peppers and other stuff.

Peppermint Chai:

Final outcome! The tuna was a bit spicier than I wanted, but overall it came out great(That Ale was absolutely fantastic)
