Well. I wasn't aware of that. But since I'm currently not an admin, I wouldn't have wanted to upset half of the server. How bad does it get on 2fort? Cause it gets really bad on hightower.

Well I want to change that on hightower. People can still goof off and interact with each other without entire teams going friendly. There are usually no admins around when this occurs. Now fluxcap is going to be around more, but still.
Then go to the forums and make a report manually under the reason of vote abuse.

Well thank you for the info. I get enough crap from people on that server just for talking. I wouldn't have wanted them to get pissy at me because of reporting people.

I would improved your behavior and start following the rules. Re-apply after a significant time has passed. The best thing you can do right now is start reporting people for breaking the rules.

If you're afraid of reporting people because they may get angry at you then you're going to get even more angry people when you're punishing them as a admin.

Well, you may want to reconsider this application then if you don't want people to get pissed at you.
An admin is pretty much someone that restrict the gameplay of users that disobey the rules (by for example silencing or banning). You will be hated by users because of this, and you can't really escape that unless you're not doing your role correctly as an admin.

Listen, I don't like Drama Fortress 2. And I like to keep drama out of hightower. I've got enough IRL. You can't hold it against me if I'm just trying to keep some kind of peace for my own sake. Taking it upon myself to "do the right thing" when I'm not in the position of an admin would cause people to get pissy at me and bully me off the server. Which I've witnessed when it came to other people. I've been bullied off the server as well. It needs some kind of regulating.

Have you seen the reports I have made? They were fairly recent.
I'm not planning on playing a friendly class again. And I really havent been doing so. Like I said early, maybe once or twice. I'm honest. I'm sincere. I'm not going to pretend like I didn't do so, but I will defend myself because I had my reasons.
Maybe you should fix your problems IRL before playing on a online game, because really some people won't care about your two cents.

I was just trying to say, I didn't want to cause unnecessary drama. My IRL problems won't affect how I'd act as an admin. (if thats what youre getting at?)
What Im trying to say you should be in a stable condition before playing on a online game base, have a thick skin. Because really, those people don't really care. So put on your big girl pants and report people if their doing something that's against the rules instead of joining them. Yeah, they might hate you but you win some and you lose some.

Please let me know what else I have to defend myself against. I have reasons for what I do and how I act, and when I don't have reasons, I'm honest and come clean/admit to being wrong.
Yes. I was wrong for playing a friendly class on one or two occasions after being banned for 24hrs.
No, I didn't do that with the intent of hurting someone or angering someone. I maybe played as a friendly class for 5 minutes til I got bored of it anyway. I don't spend entire games as a friendly class. And I did it when there was still room on the server for people to join. It was a late night thing. I wasn't keeping anyone from joining the server.
As far as the mutes, just to reiterate, I don't recall being muted.
If I was an admin on hightower, I would warn people playing a friendly class whether or not they're on my friends list. I understand that being an admin will require me to mute/ban people and it will cause some people to hate me. I feel like I've earned enough respect from the players on this server regardless of the few that like to try and harass/bully me off the mic.
I get that I probably won't get any position this time around, but, I want to try and clear the air before this thread is closed.
