Delhi. And uh...no. Its not accurate. Accurate only to an extent. Its kinda highly exaggerated. That's why even though Slumdog did well in the US, nobody liked it that much here. There IS a lot of poverty in certain places but its still kinda exaggerated in the movie. Just like those hilariously stupid Indian accents in all those American sitcoms I see. :D People liked The Dark Knight way more than that bucket o' shit.
