looks like the afk manager is working like it should and the player is not "bypassing" the afk manager.
Bypassing the afk manager would be someone using +forward +attack in console so the afk manager would not take over them.
 
he was on the server for 14 hours, how would someone be afk for that long
simple, afk players only get kicked when anyone tries to connect when the server is full, which didn't happen when your report was made

heck, for most of the time he was on, he was the only player on the server

first off the server had roughly 18 people on it when i'd joined, and i was there for longer than 30 minutes and he'd not been removed. A few different people called votes to remove him. , he'd some how amassed 2200 pts, and he'd been afk for what showed to be about 14 hours, so if he wasnt bypassing the afk manager, how was that possible?

server wasn't full. max capacity is 32 players
