US29, Weapon Bans

While on last night, we had the entire server agreeing that we should do some weapon bans on US29.

Backburner
Enforcer
Natascha
Soldier laser weapons
Gunslinger
Wrangler

Any other suggestions are fine, as long as they are unanimously agreed upon.
Hopefully, I can be given the ability to do it myself, or Bott could do it.

With all of that said however I haven't played on this server that much and I probably don't have as much play time as many of you so please take my opinion with the grain of salt it probably does deserve. :P

I'd rather take the annoyance of dealing with a Del Piero moving (Well, staggering, at least. It's hard to walk with all that butthurt) in segments with his Backburner than lose the variety of weapons offered in the game.

As I said, a full vanilla server would take away server populace ridiculously much. Anyone denying that is either mindless or Pier--- nevermind.

Don't know if there is an updated one. They're still under the impression Natascha is ridiculously high on DPS and slows people down across the map.

I haven't thought of that.
However, you may lose some people by banning those weapons, albeit not as much as if you made the server vanilla.

If someone CAN'T play a game without a Natascha or mini-sentries, are those people we want on our teams..?

Hence, he wants to ban both weapons.
Personally, the Gunslinger is only good with the Wrangler
Mini-sentries are meant for long range "sniping"

It's resourceful, and you're sacrificing a lot by ditching your pistol. [Shrug]
Ouch on no Loch N Load. It requires aim and explodes only on a direct hit.

Overall, though, I do like it.

A lot of weapons have disadvantages that hardly effect the user at all and give them a huge advantage.
