- Firstly, please acknowledge that actual server presence and play time is not a requirement
- Myself and toxik are friendlying in a full 2fort server spawn. Toxik sprays his spray showing which is family guy porn featuring Lois and Peter Griffin. I follow this by spraying mine containing Pokémon porn with pikachu and Ash.
- Toxik has 2 prior offences, I have 3 prior offences
- What do you punish, if anything? Who do you punish if anyone? Please write the ban command as you’d type it in the console for any punishments you may give. Please use our legitimate steam ID’s if you issue a punishment.
- Biggie is sat on a trade server with another 31 players. You’re present, chilling in spawn. Biggie keeps going over mic cutting everyone else off with an amplified microphone, to advertise his items.
- Biggie has 1 prior offence

- You’re sat on the server listening to a dozen people chatting on mic. All of a sudden you hear jermaphobe say “shut up dumb nigga”, and an hour later you hear Bottiger say “dirty chink”. The next day you hear myself enter the server and broadcast on mic ‘sup niggas’
- I have 4 previous punishments, jerma has a clean record, bottiger has 3 previous punishments

Harming your team for an extended period of time. (friendlying/griefing) Examples:
- Blocking sniper views
- Teleporter traps
- Refusing to help advance your teams position for a long time.
- Illegal images like lolicon porn, child porn
- Gore
- We reserve the right to remove any spray even if they are not listed above.
Toxik 2 offenses - Verbal warning to quit, and 30minute ban they do not quit being friendly. sm_ban "[U:1:18018024]" 30 "Friendlying"
Xantam 3 offenses - You posted a Loli spray, Ash is a 10 year old. Permanent ban in which you can make a case to have removed. sm_ban "[U:1:54968694]" 0 "Lolicon spray"

Racism
- Racial slurs or stereotypes are not allowed.
- However, you may use the term "nigga" without negative words or stereotypes. Examples of negative words include but not limited to: dumb, bad, hate.
Jerma 0 offenses - 30 minute mute for using "nigga" in a negative way. sm_mute "[U:1:116254940]" 30 "racism"
bottiger 3 offenses - 24 hour mute. sm_mute "[U:1:127826165]" 1440 "racism"

Ban Lengths
Here are the standard ban lengths. Use longer ban times based on the seriousness of the offense, or if the person plays rarely and would not be affected by a short ban time, or is a repeat offender.
- 1 day
- 3 days
- 1 week
- 1 month
- Permanent

What Jerma is hinting at is, for example, on question 3 with Bottiger, he had 3 prior offences, which would make this punishment 1 month, not 1 day. It doesn't matter how generous you're feeling or how severe it is, if it breaks a rule, they raise to the next increment. The only time I would say you can not follow this is for friendlying, where you can warn, then kick then ban. Some just straight up ban, which isn't a bad thing either.
Honestly, you handled the questions fine in my opinion, you didn't follow the ban lengths but that is minor and that you can learn from, it's no biggy.
I've had a check through your chat history and honestly nothing stands out as beyond the line. I'm not sure where the fuss came from.
You're clean on other sites too and your profile is fine.
You have got feedback from other regulars which we do encourage you to do.
From what I can see, this app has been done to the letter and I'm happy to support it with my +1, but I'm also more than happy to bump this to the next stage due to the questions being handled decently (with the ban lengths being learnt if you become an admin) and the amount of support.

I explained to them to not abuse the votemenu system, and then told you not to worry about it, that it was a joke among friends considering 90% of the server on at the time, have each other added/play with each other daily. These were my actions.
I'm not an admin, and I had no authority to do anything about this happening. All I could do is tell them to not abuse it, and to stop.
I would say I understand why you think this way, but I would never jump to the worst possible conclusion and place that onto another person for no reason with no context or real reasoning.

I don't understand you what so ever, you post "dumb" on my post for no reason. So its dumb to tell others to keep Skial rules? It's dumb to ask an admin for help on the servers? What good are you. Giant troll here to make players feel bad and to not play? Seriously man, stop pushing good contributors out of Skial for no reason.

People are gonna talk shit to you and criticize you for nothing when you get admin. It's meaningless. Apathy to assholes is your best tool.
The problem is that, vote-abuse isn't allowed regardless of the intent behind it. We punish people for vote-abuse whether it's a troll or not, because, if someone else sees it and thinks they can do it themselves and it actually passes, it creates a problem we then have to deal with, or drive players away. So I don't see any of that as justification, not that I am hinting you're trying to justify it.
This is the point you should have reported it on the forums for vote-abuse. As an admin, I have punished my friends on the server more than once. @Sir Trooper can vouch for that as a close friend of mine whom I also silenced and banned, due to rule-breaks.

Alright, I'll be far more clear on my stance for now on, so it is very clear to everybody things like calling a fake vot menu ban or mute is not allowed, and will result in a mute if abused. I'm sorry it was taken in the wrong context.
All of the regulars on that server abuse vote ban and vote mute on other regulars. This is something that has been going on since I started playing TF2 again last summer. If you guys want sincere change in player behavior on the server (and prevent the normalization of rule breaking), you need to be present and strict with the rules.
I have literally NEVER seen one of the admins on the server we play on since last year UNTIL Beardo applied for admin. I have noticed that y'all join the server to watch his behavior. He obviously doesn't hop on mic and say "settle down children, we can't abuse the vote menu", record demos, and try to get the other regulars punished for what most people consider harmless fun. Nobody would (unless they were like, required to do it because of their position?). Don't lie.
Having been staff on a gaming community in the past, I understand that you need the hardball admins and mods, but you also should strive for people who care about making the community experience better. I can personally say that Beardo put in this application because he wanted to help the server with some of its problems; something that I don't see any of the other admins doing. (but I obviously don't see everything).
That being said, I think at this point, it doesn't matter what he says, I say, or any of the other regular players/donators on your server say. You guys have already made up your minds about this application.
Also, I'd just like to say that even though I am good friends with Beardo and talk with him dang near every day; I am posting this on my own accord, not at his request or anything.

so you find it odd that other admins would check up on someone who is making an admin app?
