None of those ratings are justified even if he was being an idiot that's the point...

People making appeals shouldn't have to deal with everyone's personal opinion or minor attack on everything they say. Even if they are idiots. It has nothing to do with the ban or his appeal and just makes Skial look full of retards.

That was also a perfect example for this suggestion. Augar never used the N word in chat or voice, that was a perfectly legitimate statement regarding his appeal. Random forum members and even admins don't need to throw in their own personal opinions of ban appeals. Admins need to act professional about it and everyone else needs to mind their own business or simply laugh at the person and keep it to themselves.
