Phaiz, seriously, you need to work on your attitude problems. Most of your logs are filled with negative and provocative opinions towards players that aren't as good as others on the game. The servers of Skial are pubs, so they will have a very diverse skill-level of players.
-0 from me. You need to either work on your attitude or find a server that better suits you, because it doesn't seem as you enjoy playing on pubs.

Just to stick up for Phaiz a little, I've played with him for a while, and his chat log, while not stellar, isn't too horrific. I think it's also worth mentioning that Phaiz switches it up between the usage of his mic and text chat, the latter used mostly just to say nonsense an leave a record of it.
Phaiz knows he has an active admin application and doesn't have anything in his log that outright makes him unsuited for the position (racism, griefing, etc.). I wouldn't say that he's a negative player at all.

Some one applying to be admin should not be sending those kinds of messages to other members of the community. It shows his character, he acts out of anger and if he were to become admin just imagine what he do if some one was to make him angry but they never broke any rules is he going to kick or ban that person?
Becoming an admin doesn't suddenly prevent you from calling another person an idiot, whether it may be deserving or not. Phaiz hasn't done anything to suggest that he acts out of anger or spite.
Would I be correct in my assumption that the messages in which you are referring to is in fact the private conversation you started with me? If so I offer this response: Private conversation means just that, private. If posting that conversation into my application makes you feel good about yourself - go for it just be warned you will only drive home the feelings some people here already have about you.
If it isn't about that conversation, then please disregard my statement.
