Like Zebra said it wasn't just pictures. The other personal information technically has a different name on it but was real info. Whether it says Anya or Rhiannon on it shouldn't make a difference if there's a person on the other end of that info.

you won't get through to him. He is just making a biased decision because he likes dire.

Dire was my friend to at one point. He brought me to skial. And im also voting no to bring him back

Thank you. People are pointing out what they want others to see. Anyone just coming to this, actually read everything, there are too many angles here for a simple quick click decision.

there are also too many people who weren't here when the whole thing with dire happened and now they read through giildys posts and judge based on that.

He was banned over the pictures. When Cinic went to get confirmation that he posted personal information (and thus broke the rules) from Rhi, she lied and said they were real. Thus, he was falsely banned.

HE WAS NOT JUST BANNED FOR THE PICTURES! IT WAS MORE THAN THAT!

he was banned over the threat of also releasing rhi's real life personal information as well as harassing Creeping and someone else who i cant recall..... again your basing your entire argument on something that has been debunked....

(OT: on a side note can we do something about him, he's just handing out horrible information)

Didn't Rhi confess that she had only (lol) lied all this time about her true identity in another thread that had nothing to do with Dire at all?

A thief goes into a museum and steal a valuable artifact. Turns out when they close the museum they put out a fake for security reasons. They catch the thief.

Doctor Whos Logic: "hahaha we got you bro it was fake. You are free to go"
Cops Logic: "You broke into a museum, damaged properity, and intended to steal a valuable object. You are going to jail"

in other words, he didn't know it was fake but still tried.

With all that being said, sharing the picutres were part of the reason he was banned, not the whole reason.

He said the pictures were fake. He can't break a rule if he wasn't trying to break it in the first place, but then Rhi lied and said they were real, thus he supposedly broke a rule and got a ban for that. If you're going to punish him for that then punish Rhi for lying to get someone banned, or else it's just hypocritical.
