Seeing as how it's 50/50, I think we've got to come up with a compromise. How about Dire can be on the server every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturdays, and the other days he'd be banned?
 
Unban him. One more chance for him. When he came back he did tell me that he had gone sober (at least for the most part I guess) and that he's a different person, and he hasn't been breaking any rules (well, except 1) since he came back, and he was falsely banned because Rhi lied, so I say give him one more chance then byebye if he messes up again.
 
he supposedly sobered up for the week he was unbanned but lied... and in the month since hes been back hes been back drunk and belligerent

(OT: i love all the people who have no frame of reference from the prior incident coming to his defense but all the people who were around for the original incident are mostly saying no)

he wasn't fasly banned. It doesn't matter if rhi lied. He intended to purposly post her private information. At the time, all everyone knew was that anya was anya and dire had a lot of her personal information. If you take out the pictures, he still had personal information about her. Email, phone ect.

If you take all of that out, he was still harassing admins such as roman and creeping death. He kept dodging mutes. (this was before bottiger updated that). and just recently, dodged a permanent ban. Get it out of your mind that u like direwulf and he is your friend.

"User A made an ew account and got back on"
"User A needs to be banned for dodging"

if it was anyone else doing that you would have banned him. You are being very biased

I don't think you understand anything of what he was doing.

But he was banned because of those pictures he posted. They turned out to be fake and Rhi lied to an admin to get him banned. He was banned over posting the pictures, and then the pictures turned out to be fake when he said they were, but then Rhi lied to get him banned. It was a false ban. We should give him one more chance.

he was also going to post real information about her minus the pictures.... stop getting hung on just the pictures
