I'm saying that the pictures he got banned for. The only fucking thing that concerns us, he said were not of her.

She said they were to an admin.

he was banned because she lied.

Now long after the fact we find that he was right, those pictures were not of her.

these emails have nothing to do with this ban. I have had harrasment along the lines of those emails and i have never once thought a single fucking thing was going to be done about it because no one here bans for things like that. What point is there for banning him for emails that he sent to someone that lied and fucked him over? Especially if those emails back in the day would have been him flirting? We don't see the whole conversation, and to be perfectly honest the conversation isn't even something that concerns us.

He should be unbanned because he was banned under false charges. She wants him to stay banned because of something that under the rules at the time would not even get him a slap on the wrist. now he might get a few days at best.

The guy is drunk constantly, he needs helps, serious help.
do him a favor, keep him banned, maybe he will seek out help.

From what I can tell, not even his fourth. In many places around the world, regardless where, after the second chance, that's it. Time or no time. There are somethings time will not heal or change.

That is sort of the best case scenario with him coming back. Thing is someone like that is unpredictable. There is worse he could do just as a last shot, without caring about being banned again. And if he is that volatile drunk, I'd hate to see him if he was actually having an ulterior motive. Maybe I am being paranoid, who knows, I'd rather be safe than sorry when it comes to trusting someone who has a drinking and anger circles of problems. And there are some shitstorms that don't have a funny ending to them.

There was some information which is believed to be genuine. Maybe not the pictures but pieces of it. Yet oddly enough some of you forget to mention it.

End result, no. Someone of that kind of temperament? Griefing and giving that a second chance or more is understandable. But this is more than that. Someone could get bored of griefing and just stop it. Fact is, people don't change how they act unless it is for their own good, not as in a benign good, but a selfish good.

I don't know him. I'm going on what I am reading here as well as experience when it comes to dealing with people. But again. I am more against the whole fact that he is a avoiding his ban by returning without being unbanned and should not be given the chance many aren't given simply because he is well liked.
 
His mind was fucked with, his feelings were hurt, and they can last a long, long time. But who knows? He might've changed, I say unban him and see where it goes.

A couple weeks ago it was one of those rare occasions where direwulf was actually online, I told him to play a round of tf2 with me on us21, but I remembered he was banned. He made a new account under the name of Dicaprio, just so he could play with me. Then he got hooked on tf2 again. Ever since then he's just been hanging out on us5 and us21. I've never seen him break any skial rule under the name of Dicaprio.

There's a lot about this stuff going on... how there have been lies and shit, it's a fucking soap opera.

To be perfectly honest, I feel that he never should've been banned. I'd post what I know and I know a LOT but I'm having a hard time figuring whether it'd be being loyal to a.. "friend", or bringing justice to a man who has had his heart broken over lies. I experienced this sorta shit and I honestly don't tolorate it.

i never said the person in the chatlog was direwulf. He is a friend of dire.

Right after i banned dicaprio direwulf was messaging blackandwhite about how i banned him because i have an admin gf. Which i don't, never did. i have a irl gf.

I don't understand how you guys don't see that as him changing. Its the same stuff he has done before

Oh sure, unban Dire. And while you're at it unban Piero, Dwox as well. They too probably changed and won't do stuff they did before. Oh yeah, don't forget to unban Colton.
