If you are not the person that was banned/muted, you are only allowed to post evidence. Trash talk is unnecessary.

it isn't settled. the kick hasn't been proven, which was one of the major things that started this. once that's proven beyond a reasonable doubt, she apologizes to him & faces the consequences, then it's settled.
Wow, birdy linked this to me last night and I am outright appalled that violet hasn't apologized to them and instead threatened them. The hell?
What is the point of even having her as an admin with this kind of behavior? Saying that they followed her around servers is all well and good but I'm pretty sure no one has been banned for that from skial like... ever. Unless the rules changed while i was away manning up? I'm not even sure you can count someone shadowing her as enough provocation to kick. I mean, was he even doing anything except existing in the same server playing the game? My sources say no. :|

I hope she gets whatever is passed off as admin probation because of this whole situation. I mean she basically TELLS YOU that she's going to ruin their time.

Clearly there's people who want to take advantage of the situation and remove others without proper evidence of said event.
I like Lady V. I think she's one of the better skial mods, generally very bais and tends to lay down the law evenly. That being said, I do agree she didn't act very mature in this thread or in this system of events. I understand why she said those things, but she did make a misstep in her persona to keep a neutral face on as a mod. Neither sides have evidence for their claims, just a lot of words. A chatlog that really tells us nothing, other than she removed them for dodging, she had banned them before and they were pissing her off for some reason, stalking her it seems. Either side can talk until they're blue in the face, but another mod really should take control of this.
Said mod needs to make a call, be that in Lady V's side or the other people's side. If the other users are chosen, due to this... well unprofessionalism on Lady V's part, I feel like there needs to be some warning or something. I don't feel like Lady V should be removed as mod, since she does a good job, but there needs to be some punishment, I guess, for admin abuse. If the mod thinks Lady V is in the right, uphold the ban or just ignore this whole mess.
