You have your own personal client mutes. You've been banned in the past. You keep repeating that this is an unfair ban when I've never once seen Rue give a ban that was not deserved. Sir and or Madam, Your chances of getting that banned removed are slim as is, accept it and move on. Two months off means you can go outside and enjoy your summer with your friends.

Oh so I muted him not the server?

Because if the people playing wanted to keep listening to him they would have voted no, the fact is that he was being annoying on the mic i casted ONE vote against him and it passed, don't see how that's votemenu abuse since it was only ONE vote.

And when i use votemenu is mostly to turn All talk off.

from the times i've been there you never touch the vote for alltalk and instead you just say "noob down" whenever you kill someone

It doesn't, however there are certain things like

That make me think that ban should stay in place. It's fine to be an ass, But there's only so much room for ass in Skial.

check the chatlogs i said that 6 times in almost 4 hours

and i killed way much more people than 6.
