I derped. Thought defib's app was bumped up by somebody which is partially true but did not realize it was resubmitted. Officially excited. +1. I seriously think if anybody in the world deserves a plus one this guy does. Hands down

If he rages as hale, there is nothing I can do.
If he rages through mic continuesly to the point he has been mic spamming for the past 3-4 minutes (or maybe even less then that) give him a mute.

If mittens is exploiting (such as holding a gate) I'd give him a 15 second warning. If he persists to exploit: slay him. I'd also inform him it's a ban
-able offense, and a nuisance to other players.

(Situation)
Someone uses rage in Saxton hale. What do you do?

Mittens is exploiting in a server. What do you do?

You are no longer being considered because you were found rate spamming.

You can't say you had no intention of rate spamming, when you went back to threads made over two years ago and started rating posts.

Its just a example, it can be negatives, positives, neutrals...
(At least i understand it like that)
A forum mod stated it to be only negative ratings. There hasn't been a statement otherwise.
Therefore it is unfair for Zebra to punish someone for something that was said to be fine.

Ruelel is wrong.
You can't punish someone retroactively. The fact remains that Ruelel(A forum moderator) said that it only applied to negative ratings, and expecting people to ignore his statement is just idiotic.

it only counts as rate spamming if its a negative rating

When was the decision to reverse this? You can't just declare "Nope, he's wrong now, Defib broke the rules".

Dave was punished by ratespamming winning ratings on memee tiem
Check the dates on Dave's rateban, then on Ruelel's statement, figure out where they are chronologically, then get back to me.

Examples
  • Giving someone negative ratings on all their posts because you dislike them is considered spam.
  • Posting a bunch of image macros or unrelated images in a thread is considered off topic.

Unfortunately I'm going to have to agree with Zebra. Examples are not all inclusive. Spam would apply to all ratings. It's similar to the griefing rule. Lots of things fall under it, examples are listed, but not all offenses that fall under it are listed.
