The odds of that happening are astronomical. As someone who knows the fellow this is precisely what happened:
"All my admins left. Fuck it I don't need them I'll keep running it without them."
a week later
"Wow, mumble is boring without anyone to talk to, I dont even play in my servers nor do I know my regulars..why am I still doing this?"
a month later
"This is shitty, I'm bleeding money, and defrauding charity didn't work...I'm going to keep it running a bit longer just to prove I didn't need them."

And here we are today. I suppose we'll see what happens in 6 weeks though.

This is the reason why I chose Skial over Nighteam. Perks like that can actually damage a community long-term since less non-reg players would be willing to visit those servers if they know its an unfair match.

That's the gist of it. When I first started playing TF2 most of my time was on some San Francisco Dustbowl server NighTeam put up. Felt like anyone who wasn't premium / using the premium trial was there as strange weapon fodder.

Most of those are possible with /speed and /gimme
That being said, nobody actually PLAYS on Idle.
