I think I've told you this before but if your teachers are decent you should just be able to ask them for help and have them help you! Whatever class you're having trouble in, go to your teacher and say "Hey, I don't get this." or "Can you help me with this?". Really! I LOVE it when my students ask me for help, I'd much rather take some extra time to work with them or help them out rather than have them fail. Besides, it's a teachers job!
Also, getting organized is a big huge part of studying well. If you have notes they aren't going to do you much good if you don't know what you're looking for in your own pages. When you take notes, mark things you think are super relevant and go back and read those...or you could do what I did all through college and write down EVERYTHING then summarize your notes yourself. And having the self-discipline to make yourself get off the game/internet to do school stuff is really the key, here! It's much easier if you set up a schedule and force yourself to it!
