I can understand the bad feelings, and the want to keep someone who has already had many chances banned...
But why are people acting like he simply can't be rebanned if he acts up? It's not like you're allowing a serial killer out of prison, you're allowing a person who has started problems in the past play a videogame, if he starts being a fuck again, ban him this time and don't unban him.

I say, no fucking way to unbanning someone who is this abusive to an admin, after being banned, and no way to unbanning someone who has circumvented a current ban.

i've been reading about 15 pages shitstorm about 1 guy this morning. And still i got no frikken clue why he was banned. Even tho it seems quit personal to me

Consent is a huge factor in things like that. Even IF she did seek it, she's not seeking it now.
Bott said above the emails aren't admissible in this discussion. I've seen much worse said between other people towards each other in this community. Those emails are pretty much the equivalent to unmod...nothing can be done about them (As fucked up as they are.)
I am going to bed shortly so won't be responding to this thread until the morning (at which point the thread will probably be locked so I probably won't get a chance to anyway)...I will simply leave you with this.
He did fuck up badly, he did play in this server despite being permanently banned without even trying to come to an admin to get a chance at being unbanned. He apparently still harbors a deep seated grudge against Rhi (while I love Rhi, I can think of atleast a certain other who has a grudge against her too...are we going to ban him too?). He has in the passed made bad decisions on the forum, he has shown insane immaturity, and he consistently comes into servers drunk and makes an ass of himself.
Now for the pros, I will simply start by saying the list of cons above - I can guarantee a good portion of regulars, including forum regulars have done atleast HALF of those things, most of which have done more. As roman put so well, people like Ruelel have been banned before, sometimes people make bad decisions...IRL or in game the same shit stands, people are fucking stupid sometimes no matter how intelligent they are. A lot of regulars enjoy his presence, despite him (again before I get pointed out for the gazillionth time) playing while he was banned has behaved himself for a month already. Let's not forget the fact he has already been banned for half a year. Before I continue, think about that for a moment, imagine getting banned from both aspects of skial for HALF A YEAR. If we're using prison analogies, that is a similar sentence that a first time sex offender gets.
He apparently really wants to play here bad, or he wouldn't have gone through the trouble of getting a new IP, setting up a new account.....but at the same rate he hasn't really tried to hide it now has he? I would think if I was trying to use subterfuge and what not, I wouldn't have people calling me by the name I'm banned from, nor would I personally tell admins who I was. He really has been pretty straight with people....and my final thing is simply - I know he's on his like third or fourth chance (probably more) but I think half a year is an acceptable punishment...as I said above - why can't you simply reban him and NEVER unban him if he fucks up again? The vote seems pretty deadlocked, enough that I think he'll end up getting unbanned...I'm just saying you're not trying to defuse a bomb here, if you make the wrong decision and fuck up he isn't going to blow up and kill everyone...he's simply going to start a shitstorm, come into a server drunk, and an admin will instantly permanently ban him.
I know that I am a stickler for second chances, but I think in this instance he deserves another chance. Also to end, I think there should be a firm note from an admin whoever unbans him that there is no question, this is his absolute final chance, one more fuckup and this will never be considered again. End of the day, we're a gaming community, we should do all in our power to allow someone to play here who wants to play here if they aren't being a massive pain in the ass. I used to be a retardedly big griefer in CS (hence my VAC) if people didn't give second chances, or people the benefit of the doubt, I wouldn't even be allowed to play here.
The point is also he was banned for harassment....I know in extreme situations admins can intervene, the biggest issue is there isn't really a precedent for it other than this fellow, I've seen ban reports on the forum with so much disgusting shit get told to "client mute him, we don't action people for being mean to you." Why are we holding double standards, particularly now when we know the pictures he posted weren't real?
I hope I didn't make this too too long, it's just my thoughts and I wanted to get them out because I'm almost certain by the time I wake up tomorrow this will have been locked and a decision made..but I ask you all to consider this before you hold a permanent ban against someone on the best damned gaming community ever.

It's more of a 'She she may have signed something saying it was okay to rape her in certain contexts, renegged on that, now the exboyfriend is fucked because she has piles of emails of him talking like this with no proof of her saying she likes to be raped and has requested it'
It's not that he's a disgusting monster and how dare he talk to an admin like that, She's approached men BECAUSE they would treat her like that. We have no idea what the fuck is even happenign here. All we know is that she lied, we have no idea if anything he said was actual information about her, or if he only said shit that he already found out was false. I mean, if I were to find out that someone like humilitation in thier sex, or some shit like that and spread it around that isn't personal info. If i found out thier address, that would count. Spreading thier picture would count, but spreading pictures that are clearly NOT them?
Her issues with this man have nothing to do with what the rules are about. She wants him banned over something that she at the time claimed was her, but he claimed wasn't her. Turns out it wasn't her. In this case it's him saying she wasn't raped, her saying she was, and then us finding out that she's actually never had sex long after the fact. Is it fair to keep his sentence when no crime was committed?
