Gotta say... I USED to hate back burner pyros. Then I reliesed they all sucked and couldn't reflect rockets to save their life (literally).
Rocket to the feet once, bounce them again right as they land, shoot them once with a shotty midair, problem solved.

Oh, don't get me wrong, he's a fantastic pyro.
And a pretty good scout too. It's a very rare occurrence that anyone dominates him, and I'm not sure where you noticed it in the video but yeah.
