This is what I gathered from the rest of the thread.

I don't see why there's any problem, then. Viper was being a dick, and got temp banned for it. WHY THE FUCK IS THIS AN ISSUE?

If Viper wants to come back to Skial, he can. If he doesn't want to, then that's just fine, too. But we don't need to go at each others' throats over something so stupid as one single user being a big fucking baby over a scrim.

I was there, let me explain the WHOLE situation, as it went down.

Giildy and the person who owns the server that she moderates, set us up a server to do a 6v6 Scrim. We were all ready to go, but we needed one more person. We were waiting on Viperstriker, except ViperStriker wasn't showing up. So after waiting a while we invited someone else. A few minutes later (With things pretty much ready to go) ViperStriker showed up. We told him that we had already gotten 12 people, and that we didn't really need him anymore, but he wasn't listening. He stayed on a team, and would neither leave or go spectate. Now if he had wanted to stay and watch in spectate that would have been fine, but when we told him to get off the teams he didn't listen to us. So with the permission of the servers owner, he was kicked. Now keep in mind, he was warned several times to get off the teams and to stop taking up a class slot, but for whatever reason he chose not to listen. He wasn't kicked as an act of punishment or exclusion, but simply because we were trying to get things going and it didn't seem like a big deal. So with things getting back to normal, we continued organizing the match. A couple minutes later, ViperStriker came back. Now at this point, there were only two people that were actually on teams. The only people in game were the two medics, who were getting ready to duel to decide who would get first pick for teams. As soon as ViperStriker was in, he once again joined a team. This time he was actively hindering the entire event. So once again several people tried to tell him to either get in spectate or go, but he just stayed anyways. So the servers admin banned him for 30 minutes. Once again, we weren't trying to be mean, we just wanted to move along with the event. Everyone else was in spectate, and Viper still didn't listen to us. So try to look at this from the people running the servers point of view; Viper was acting as a willful deterrent to a match on their servers, and wasn't listening to their warnings.

Remember back when we tried doing a competitive match on Dustbowl during that whole Creeping-Cinic duel? Well during that event there were people joining who weren't a part of the event and were unbalancing teams. And when they wouldn't leave when we asked, we kicked them from the server. This is exactly what happened in this instance, except here it's being made in to a huge issue. I like Viper, and it sucks that he would leave because of something like this, but the people who were in that lobby, and the people who were running the server have nothing to be blamed for.

I'm sorry, but from all view points that I can look at this matter from, the only conclusion that I come to is that it's just Viper making a big deal out of nothing.
 
Here's a fun bit of information.

Viper's a bit of a sensitive soul as long as I've known him. He does tend to blow things out of proportion or get hurt fairly easily. Not aware of what happened last night, but from what I gather Viper's feelings were hurt. Doesn't sound like a server issue, just a personell issue. If viper chooses to come back, thats his prerogative. Since this whole topic is about him and photek's bitches, Viper should probably says his peace, if he chooses to.

Best way to resolve? Everyone swallow your pride and apologize to everyone. 2nd the lock. Drop the issue and wait for viper
 
Can we have another 6v6 today? I had a bunch of fun yesterday.

the kick happened during the medic duel. The ban happened while the match was in progress.
 
I'm not sure who actually did the lock on this thread but I think everything that can be said has been. Let the next thread be a troll- and drama-free welcome back thread for when we get Viper to come back.
