and once again we're having the same circular convo I had with classy last night, who by the way for the first time EVER said he got it and yes it was wrong........doesn't matter it was giildy's server. Color it any way you want it was a skial event held by skial members organized on our forums and using our mumble.........I'm sorry was this a hellgamer's event? enlighten me. was it maybe nightteams? or even lotus clan? NO It was skial and a skial member got boned......I've talked with other people who were there and 1: he wanted to be on spec and wasn't allowed, just like he said.

1. I did not join the scrim through the skial forums.
2. People that wanted to scrim were in the skial mumble.
3. tf2 lobby was derp, I offered to help us run whatever kind of game could be populated. turns out it was 6s
4. ugc 6s cfgs were downloaded, set up on the server whatever.
5. Viper was derping around despite being told to move to spec a bajillion times so I kicked him expecting that he would bitch fit and rejoin. This was an issue because he was preventing the medic duel. I REPEAT PEOPLE WERE ASKED TO MOVE TO SPEC REPEATEDLY he ignored it.
6.He said 'oh what fuck you guys' I assume he left since he did not rejoin, someone else was found as 12th
7. I deafened myself in the skial mumble because it prevented us from being able to actually organize, I have no idea what happened in mumble at this point.
8. he joined part way through the game, he joined a side, he was not in spectate. I issued a 30min ban because matches are 30 min long. It would not have prevented him being able to join in later games if they were to be organized.
9. no idea if there was mumble rage.
10. I had full support from the server owner in regards to my actions. This was not a skial server. when I became involved i didn't think it was a skial event nor did I know other people considered it to be a skial event. Wokmage is completely correct in his assessment of the situation. It didn't happen on skial grounds, it didn't happen in anything that should be considered a skial 'event' since now that I see it the 'event' scheduled was supposed to be a lobby.
11. His age as a skial regular has no bearing on the situation. His status as a skial member has no bearing on the situation, no personal quality of his was considered. He ignored direction and was removed from situations he placed himself in that would have been detrimental towards playing a full legal game.
I would have done the same for any other random joiner.There WAS another person that joined the server after a match began (Headful of sandvich i think?) but he did not join a team while a game was in progress.
The server was password protected. In the future I would consider changing the password again after a match is set to begin to avoid people joining a team and needing to be removed.

I am reminded of time when Skial had cp_foundry servers and I decided to pay a visit to one of them. Cinic and Anya were getting achievements or something. I went Heavy and touched the CP they were capping a couple times.

You are missing the point. Please don't try to justify what happened. It makes it even more sad and cheap than it already was.
Other people that were there, color this a whole lot differently.
If you were the temporarry admin of your friend's server hosting this skial run event, then maybe you should not have gotten butthurt about mumble and deafened yourself. You may not think of admin powers being a huge responsibility, but they are. Regardless of how you feel it went down, ViperStriker feels he got boned and he's not the only one who was there that feels that way.
Sure I realize a lot of you don't like him for personal reasons but that has no bearing ,(or maybe all bearing), on what took place.
I'm not sure exactly why you think what happened was a personal attack on viper. I'm also telling you what happened, not making excuses.
I got out of mumble because it wasn't productive. I couldn't hear the game and people were talking over each other. I was under the impression being butthurt would have been becoming mad.
I was acting well within my rights as the person keeping the game legit. If viper or anyone else feels that I boned him then i strongly suggest not playing 6s with people you consider 'outsiders.' :-/

This isn't a matter of being loyal to a Skial regular. If Viper wanted some sort of loyalty, then he should have shown his teammates some loyalty of his own and left the damn server when he was asked to quit causing a disruption.
Instead, he chose to be a dick and blame everybody else.
