Dude ffs read the whole thread before you post. I get tired of having to type the same shit over and over.........
It was a group of skials participating in an event that was organized on the skial forums. Who gives a shit if it was a skial server or not? You were all skials and one got thrown under the bus.

Oh and now the skial mumble server was used to organize the banning of a skial member from a skial event that was organized on a skial forum............the whole "Not a skial server" thing is really not holding water.
Unfortunately Classy already named who it was.
Giildy was using her own personal server to ban Viper.
Is Giildy not skial? Was this not a skial event? then maybe it needed to be organized on another set of forums.
Guys you're missing the point here............Viper's been around forever and a day, just admit it was douchebaggery and move on with life.
Whether you like him or not is not a good reason to do what was done to a fellow member.
Not to rehash an old issue but it's been done already and it sucked then too.
So, what is this thread trying to accomplish? Are we all supposed to go out and beg him to come back, because he won't see this, and it's not like we're trying to get him unbanned, since he's not banned from skial. We can't do anything about the admin abuse here (which there was) since it was not done on a skial server.

Maybe seeing that "even though it wasn't on a skial server", skial members going to skial functions aren't treated like shit by other skial members?
Maybe getting it out there that it actually happened and it didn't get swept under the rug like some folks wanted?
Maybe making sure that some bullshit like this doesn't happen to a skial member again and if this is what happens then I resent the skial forums, mumble, and anything else being used to to facillitate it.

Well I will say that this definitely seems like an overreaction (as was stated before). This all happened on a server specifically bought, set up, and run for UGC highlander matches and practice. Viperstriker was disrupting a scheduled scrimmage, a 30 minute temp-ban, while perhaps more heavy-handed than what some people would use is not outside of the realm of reasonable responses to such an action.
Sadly, not a lot of people like Viper. I mean, I got my fair share of enemies, but like you said, it took 'til now for someone to make a thread about it.
this fairly newfag thinks that this was blown out of proportion. Viper didn't act too mature from some of the posts i've read and the situation could've been handled more easily.He decided to leave on very minor terms and i don't see why he couldn't just come on Skial and confront it with everybody instead of up and leaving, blacklisting the servers, and clearing his friends list
