Finished the genocide run and don't regret a thing.

I'm lying I didn't want to kill them. :<
I don't know man. I like the game and I like the characters but I just can't feel bad for doing a genocide route, or feel super happy at the end of true pacifist.
I like all the characters, even the regular enemies are cool (with Vulkin being my favorite) but I could never get so attached to characters in a game.
I just kinda feel like; "wow, what a cool game!" and move on. (Also the inclusion of genocide was cool. The more content the better!)

I mean he has a point, it is pretty satisfying to get past the harder genocide bosses.
Quite liberating indeed!
He says this before you fight sans though which is weird since he's way harder than Undyne.
