Need Supporters Truces in Surf 2

Truces should be at the end of every surf map. A lot of people don't follow it since it's not on the rules so is there any way to put it up and enforce it?

But what if I don't want to kill people and just surf? This is why I like my idea - People who come to the server to fight- can. NOTHING is stopping them. While the people who just want to surf can.

just goto surf it like i do if you wanna surf

I don't fight in the surf server and never have a problem with combat. Getting killed while surfing is a 1 in 100 chance, you moving too quickly to get hit.

If you are being spawn camped, it is easy to kill them because respawn is instant, and the faster you get killed in jail the faster you respawn at the surf area.
