Sorry I've been dead. I don't tend to bake much since I'm trying to get in shape for summer. XP
However it was my best friends birthday this week and I decided to make her a cake :)
This is a Lemon coconut almond cake with strawberries and cream. All from scratch, you can tell by my sub par decorating job lol.
I'm making Banana muffins atm now too soo.. look for them soon ^_^

Do they grow in Michigan Shu??? A buddy just asked me and i told him i didn't think so.
They sure do. I pick them every spring when I go trout fishing. I grab those, ramps, wild leeks and morel mushooms.

Haha, I wish I did. It's just some insanely delicious food I've had recently .
