CN is club Nintendo. If you were plat last year (July 2013-June2014) then check your email. If you didn't get one, then you either opted out of emails or you just haven't gotten them yet.

The only issue that I have with it is that you can't play it on the Wii. Only for the Wii U and the 3DS. Hopefully they change it because Smash Bros. is a great series.

Just get the Wii U. It may not have as great of a library as the Wii but it's still good.
