Need Supporters Shoutbox

Maybe adding a shoutbox to the top of the forums for those who wanna chat, or need help with stuff.

If you don't know what a shoutbox is, it's basically a chat box but its not like those gay little smilie ones that make noises when you type something

Well if you read the rest of the thread ( i don't do that either) I said there's a 3 second chat limit, moderators get access to gag/mute people, and img is disabled.
