Need Supporters Shoutbox

Maybe adding a shoutbox to the top of the forums for those who wanna chat, or need help with stuff.

If you don't know what a shoutbox is, it's basically a chat box but its not like those gay little smilie ones that make noises when you type something

+1 chatboxes are good for bored people who dont want to spam the forums, also for the more casual kind of chatter that doesnt really work so well on forums

People need to be registered members to post, rules would be the same as the forums / servers / TS.
