I was on that same trade server earlier this week and had the same damn glitch. Am I missing the skin? IT HURT MY EYES SO BAD.

No, there's probably a line missing in the maps texture code and TF2 doesn't know how to process it, so it puts it's own texture. Or it may just be a processing mishap, I've had it happen to me a couple times.

I've only ever had this problem in custom maps. Outside of this server i had the issue while looking at some maps' water. :-/

Like I said might just be a processing error, I've had my fair share of them.

Missing a texture file. No computer shit or anything, just a missing texture.
But yes, you should get a new computer.

My philosophy, don't get a new one till the old one don't start no more, unless you get one as a present then toss that old one like it was a piece of shite

Don't you need Portal 2 installed to have those Portal assets and textures?
It could explain why almost all the textures are not showing up.
Or does the map download from the server with that stuff included?

It's a source thing, it's in every Valve game.

It's not pulling the textures from the Portal 2 directory at all. They're custom as far as TF2 is concerned.

I guess you also missed the part where I'm running at 640x480 and still have to use Chris' MaxFPS Config to pull 5 FPS in a trade map. :P

Jesus you'd think out of all the trades you do you'd make enough income to buy a new computer rather than complain

But then again this is the same person who lives with his mom and dad at 25 :P
