Should Harassment be against the rules?

Not true.

"Posting others personal and private information without consent." is the only rule that could be considered protection from harassment.

Racism and sexism and all other forms of discrimination is harassment. To say admins don't protect players from harassment on a daily basis is false. Just because anti-discrimination rules aren't specifically worded under the phrase harassment doesn't mean they don't protect you from blatant harassment.

Skial's current rules has a great compromise that protects players from overtly offensive players that enact discrimination, to offering the free speech of abrasive players who get invigorated by the game.

Clearly this thread is talking about more forms of harassment than what is already covered by the rules.
Such as toxicity towards players to the point where it could be considered harassment.

Oh ... well just mute them. If you do that, then it just comes down to gameplay. Anything else they try is breaking rules which is punishable (blocking scopes and buildings, greifing, federal law, etc.)
