• 3500 when he hits the soldier its kind of off the crosshire
• at tick 12300 you aim near the soldiers foot and went extemely fast up to his head
• at tick 13000 you aim at the wall and your aim heads up to the scouts head extremely fast
• at tick 13500 you shot your sniper gun killed the red sniper before the white dot went to his head
• at tick 14600 you aim for the snipers side and when you shot it it went up to his head when you shot the medic in the side
• at tick 16300 you aim at the wall and got him in the chest the soldier freedo
• at tick 19500 the medic was behind the wall and you shot your gun a it killed him
• at tick 19700 you shot your gun and it went right to his head extremely fast
• at tick 20100 you shot the sniper and and to me it looked like it was off the crosshire
• at tick 24500 you shot the sniper he did not die but you aim at the wall again
• at tick 27000 you shot the air and it killed the scout in the air
• at tick 27800 you shot freedo againest and you shot at the wall and might got hit in the butt

I've reviewed the demo and samien is right, it's just spectator lag for the most part.
I don't think that the demo shows him hacking, it's worse than he normally does.
