Roger's "special". I've been playing with him for multiple months now.
Whenever you look at his chatlog it always looks the same. He repeats the same insults over and over and has spent the majority of his playtime idling in spawn flaming people.
He has a very odd hatred for medics.
he only plays heavy but if a medic does as much as give him an overheal he will stop playing, stand still in spawn, flame the medic and call them a hacker, go to their steam profile and report them for cheating and "being a little kid". Then he will do the same for each teammate because he probably died a couple of times at this point which is their fault.
When he says "I reported my team for the third time" or something along those lines he's not joking. It takes time but he's dedicated
He definitely abuses voteban but I've never seen him succesfully ban someone or mute someone.
Afaik he also only recently found out how to start votebans. Until recently he offered people money if they'd start a voteban for whichever medic was healing him instead.
Him harassing other players also resulted in others harassing him. People often switch to medic at this point if they see him join the server just to piss him off. So he's definitely not the only person doing something wrong but he did bring it upon himself.
I feel sorry for him but at this point the only thing that can stop his behaviour (and other's behaviour towards him) is having him permanently muted. If he can't flame anyone or abuse voteban nobody will harass him back either and there'd be no more issue.
If it weren't for him writing in chat you probably wouldn't even notice he's on the server due to him spending most of his time writing reports to valve in spawn. The few odd times he plays the game he usually dies instantly and decides it's time to report his teammates to valve again for not working together and getting him killed.
Also I don't know why he hates medics so much. I never bothered to ask but I doubt I'd get an answer other than "they are under 5 and spoil game". I don't think he actually believes all medics are cheaters and just lies about it hoping they get banned.
