With the new additions of big maps, HHH is not getting the love it deserves due to his lack of traveling speed and his teleporting special taking too long.
I want a buff that can make the HHH a likeable class to play for casual and skilled alike.
Buffs
The HHH should get a super jump command that makes him jump farther, but not higher than the jumping bosses. It should be half the height of Hale's, but the speed of the jump should be doubled so HHH can gain momentum when he climbs a wall. This should replace his teleport special, and the teleport is combined with the rage.
When HHH rages, he should teleport to anyone and spook them. The HHH will spook himself for 2-3 seconds so the players can have a chance to escape, the HHH will get a small range boost for 10 seconds to counter long range defenses when rage is enabled.

Nerfs
•HHH does 175 damage per hit.
•HHH rage meter is 10% slower to build up
•Although having the same or more health, HHH will take 25-35% more damage from telefrags, MGs, and Backstabs.
•Demoman: if it's HHH's turn, Demoman's base health is at 200 (only with shield).

Although this isn't all of the info I have, this should be enough to spark a conversation with the community.
