I've had to drop 70 pounds on two different occasions and sadly now again xD. Gotta stay focused.

What do you mean junkfood? Like chips and stuff? I dont eat those they taste horrible.

It has less to do with WHAT you eat. More to do with HOW MUCH you eat. That's the key. Start writing down everything you eat and hold yourself accountable. If you cheat, then you're only cheating on yourself, bro.

Soda is one of the worst things you can drink so stay away from those and try swimming it is great for you; no impact and a full body workout also extremely cheap.
 
I've tried Sprite twice in my entire lifetime. It tastes awful, and soft drinks on average take up about 75% of your calories per day (if you do soft drinks).
