Well if you are only 14 it may be a bit tougher to lose the weight. I'm guessing you don't cook most of your own meals?

There are a few simple things you can do, however, to help your cause.
  • Cut out all junk food, fast food, and soda
  • Drink a glass of water before every meal
  • Chew each bite of your food 20 times before swallowing
  • Use smaller plates to control portion sizes
When I need to slim down and get rid of my winter weight I also find it helpful to keep a food log. A small notepad where I write down everything I eat and look up the caloric intake. Keep in mind you have to eat some 500 fewer calories a day to burn off 1lb in a week with just dieting.

I'd really suggest working in some physical activity as well. Primarily cardio... it's summer out go for some nice long walks. I personally play a lot of golf.

Best of luck good sir.

I'm 190 and I'd like to be about 140-150. Cutting down on the intense calorie shit and working out laps in my backyard pool a lot more.

My diet:
2 breads with ham for breakfast
One 300g pizza for lunch
One plate of whatever for dinner.

I'm underweight.

Some odd advice from the manliest:
Don't use AC. Sweating, it helps.
Eat meat, drink more.
When it's not absolutely necessary to wear shoes, don't. Walk around and try to avoid letting your heels touch the ground. It helps with balance, the calves, and the thighs.
This won't be enough to burn all the weight though, of course. Eventually you're going to want to start jogging.
You'll eventually want to start running.
You'll eventually want to start dancing.
A dancer's body is a fit body.

You'd be amazed by all the exercises you could make up by using dumbbells and weights. If you have maybe a five pound dumbbell take it in one hand and put one hand on the back of your head, then lean to the side until your elbow is facing upwards. This will get rid of love handles and tone your sides.

Good for you bro, making a move to sort things out. One thing is that at 14 you have the best chance of shedding that shit, your body will burn off the excess faster that it will when you reach 20's.
walking, swimming, cycling etc.. all give a good start, get a routine going, write the shit down, plan your day. sitting at a pc for hours is the worse thing, no matter what you eat, your body is not going to use up the energy stored in food you have eaten.
Don't just look at going on a diet, look at a 'lifestyle change' instead - go all in.
