Well if you are only 14 it may be a bit tougher to lose the weight. I'm guessing you don't cook most of your own meals?
There are a few simple things you can do, however, to help your cause.
I'd really suggest working in some physical activity as well. Primarily cardio... it's summer out go for some nice long walks. I personally play a lot of golf.

- Cut out all junk food, fast food, and soda
- Drink a glass of water before every meal
- Chew each bite of your food 20 times before swallowing
- Use smaller plates to control portion sizes
