What should I use my Master Ball on? Zygarde, Mewtwo?

Just use a ghost and dark type Pokemon on mewtwo, he can't do anything to them because all he has is aura sphere, psychic, recover, and barriar as his moves.

I have been indecisive about my Ultra Team of Neat since I bought the game, also I've probably hatched a few thousand eggs in order to get perfect IVs and natures for all of my pokemon.

No idea when I suddenly started taking Pokemon so seriously.

I'm not completely sure how it works, but I think you have the Normal-type Safari, and from there 3 slots given to a friend. From there, each of the 3 slots has a set of Pokemanz you can find, and one of them for Slot 3 is Ditto, but I heard there's also Chansey and Eevee.

The other two I have from you are Teddiursa and Audino o:
