Resolved pNeu - Some sort of client mute workaround hack.

Playing on Hightower right now, and can confirm this.

I've clientmuted him a good five times only to hear him again a few seconds later without reconnecting.
 
I found what he was saying quite obnoxious, so I client muted him, but I heard him talk again, so I checked back at my mute list and he was un-muted. This has happened multiple times and Cylosis, Joemaster, and TheDude can back me up on this one.
 
My client mute is working on him. Possible that he stopped when the report went through. Viper will PM me if it's a problem again.

EDIT: Just read all the posts that ninja'd me. I'm going to watch the server for a while.
 
4 regulars on the server and no screenshots and no demos... awesome.

I am banning him for a week for racism
 
Okay, don't know what was going on, but he was still on after Zebra banned him and Gwor kicked him.
He left after I kicked him.

My kicks weren't working, however I was using the console and Drum was using chat. I tested a kick from console on Drum afterwards and it worked just fine. I'm guessing this is related to the reason pNeu couldn't be client-muted.
