How ungodly unbalanced matches are?
levels dont equal to skill, there is a invisible skill rating to make sure you dont get unbalanced games, you matcing up against a level 500 means you're playing on the level of someone thats played for 500 levels assuming they've gotten good with all that time it to get 500 levels

Developer Comments: So far, we haven't had any indication that Ana is too strong overall, but her ultimate charges a little too fast, especially considering the impact it can have on a match. Also, her Biotic Grenades are getting a small boost to help her hit multiple targets.

Widowmaker

  • Widow's Kiss
    • Scoping-in animation has been reduced from 0.5 to 0.3 seconds
Developer Comments: This change will help Widowmaker acquire new targets more quickly and speed up her reaction time in fast-paced situations.

Junkrat

  • RIP-Tire
    • Ability now activates more quickly
Developer Comments: Junkrat can be extremely effective hero in the right hands, but RIP-Tire often felt underpowered when compared to his counterparts.

General
  • Several minor aesthetic changes have been made to the game's Main, Social, and Options menus
  • Removed several stats that were duplicated for certain heroes throughout the career profile
  • Controller users can now choose between two aiming mods
    • Dual-Zone mode (New default): The vast majority of the thumbstick's range moves with reduced sensitivity and relatively high acceleration. However, when the thumbstick crosses to the outer 10% of its range, it will move with high sensitivity and relatively low acceleration. This mode will allow for more precise aiming, while still allowing players to turn around quickly.
    • Exponential Ramp mode (Old default): As the thumbstick moves towards the outside of its range, the sensitivity is ramped up exponentially. The acceleration remains relatively high throughout.
  • Camera movement in Spectator Mode has been improved
Social Features
  • Certain commendations will now appear less frequently during end-of-round voting, and others will appear more frequently (e.g., Most Gold Medals and Torbjörn's Armor Packs Created)

honestly seems about correct, i've seen some that felt off and wrong but this one actually seems about right
idk about Tracer being highest skill cap. I have a pretty easy time with every hero *except Zarya, I've played like 20 minutes of her* but I have an easier time with Tracer than I do with Genji.

for me its the opposite, tracer seems so incredibly difficult to play, dont really know how some pull it off, though i guess some characters are just natural to some :/

Moving really fast while keeping decent aim is pretty easy for me, I'd say it's because the majority of my time playing FPS I went for as much speed as I could. Which is also why I mained the shit out of Scout in TF2

its not the fast movement for me, its knowing how to blink and recall properly and doing proper damage, i cant seem to get any damage off when playing with her, yet i've seen tracers tear down tanks

I haven't played her in a while but when either me or @Party Chocobo play her we usually do really well, I can see how knowing when to blink and recall properly can be hard though.
 
I feel Tracer takes a lot more skill than Genji does. I main Tracer and Mercy, tried Genji, and mowed down a decent team with him with only a couple hours played as him

Tracer is the hardest hero in the game for me, like wow, I can't believe some people have an easy time with her.
I'll stick with my slow as fuck, not very good offense characters like Mei and Mercy. <:

Well yeah, she's meant for chip damage and chasing down low health targets. So of course you're going to get a lot of gold eliminations. And her pistols do a lot of damage if you land all the shots.
