There's a lot of people complaining about super long queue times. It doesn't seem to effect everyone tho

I dunno if things are bugged, or if its a lot more people doing the halloween event or what

Yeah the Halloween brawl might be why. Quickplay queues were a shorter last night, so I guess people are getting bored of the brawl.
