New Section: Server Support?

Idk. Just seems like it would be a lot cleaner, and easier for bottiger to see if there is a real problem he needs to address.

For example, Fortwars Bug. Doesn't really belong in the reports, and it could get lost in the TF2 section if it doesn't catch wind.

Would make sense if it would be placed under the existing support forum, with bans, reports, applications and whatnot, but only if the existing forum were to be renamed. Maybe it wouldn't have to be renamed. I dunno.
