If someone gave me rep for no reason on Steam and they get marked as a scammer, will I get marked too because we never made a trade?

Under Steampipe, to put custrom scripts in is: Steam/steamapps/common/TF2/tf/cfg? If it is that, it's not working for me :/

Reasons I use the spy-cicle. It protects me from pyros: 1% - I like the backstab animation - 99%. I can't be the only one

Had to delete TF2 today to get rid of Steam validating the TF2 files every time I launch it.
