New Make Voiceline Spam Punishable

I was just on Deathrun today when a group of flyengis were spamming the "Wew" voiceline from the Kazotsky Kick taunt.

I shouldn't have to mute my whole game just so some trolls can spam a highpitched voiceline for as long as they decide to.

If people can be muted or banned for spamming in voice chat, this should also include voiceline spam. I can mute someone spamming in voice chat, I can't mute character voicelines without muting my whole game or editing files which should not be needed to stop spammers.

Because I'm not talking about that voiceline specifically. I'm talking about voiceline spam in general. If I download a mod to fix one issue, trolls will swap to some other method to annoy people. It becomes a game of whack-a-mole instead of fixing the general problem outright.

Players shouldn't have to install mod after mod just so spammers can spam. That's unrealistic. You know what is realistic? Including voiceline spam in the general spam rule to discourage bad behavior. If everyone on the server or an admin is ok with it then nothing happens. If the server or an admin doesn't like it then they can be punished. It's not that complicated. If this works perfectly fine with voicechat spam there should be no issue with it working on voicelines too.

Can you actually do what I said just download the mods to remove the voice lines so you don’t have to hear it and be done. So please stop whining and complaining

I have mega sensitive hearing and shit makes me rage in a split second. You know how I dealt with it because I know that muting/punishing voice line and emote spammers will never be a thing? Get a mod to turn off all voice lines and emotes. They exist. I muted the stupid fucking Engie fly, I have medic calls muted. Google or just go to Gamebanana and you can find different mod. Oh, I also muted pan spam.
