New Make Voiceline Spam Punishable

I was just on Deathrun today when a group of flyengis were spamming the "Wew" voiceline from the Kazotsky Kick taunt.

I shouldn't have to mute my whole game just so some trolls can spam a highpitched voiceline for as long as they decide to.

If people can be muted or banned for spamming in voice chat, this should also include voiceline spam. I can mute someone spamming in voice chat, I can't mute character voicelines without muting my whole game or editing files which should not be needed to stop spammers.

Actually look at my recordings. I'm not worried about someone doing a voiceline twice. These people were doing it repeatedly, nonstop, across multiple maps.

I'm not sure if people are honestly misunderstanding me or are just arguing in bad faith.

I'm not asking for voicelines to be disabled. I'm saying if someone abuses voicelines (like in my original post), they should be able to be punished just like people can use voicechat but be punished for voicechat spam.

bro its like saying i hate closing my eyes coz there is them ugly tf2 characters on my screen it should be punishble for ppl to play the game or better yet for ppl to have any kind of fun even with the small kinks of tf2 if u want no voice lines play garrys mod deathrun or cs:go deathrun oh yea but u cant coz they are dead and the only reason tf2 dr is still alive is coz of the fun features valve put into the game and how ppl use em i agree the only annoying part is the fly engie but i just lower my game volume for that and if soo that should be the only thing disabled coz ppl do that just to piss others off but still i berly play on skial anymore coz too meny rules are already in place and evrything is bannble now u cant get anny fun here anymore
 
this is possibly the most worst suggestion I've read in a while, if you can't handle a little tf2 slop then just install a mod to change the fly engineer's voiceline, or remove it all together, either way, cope -1

See, the thing is, they shouldn't. Voice line spam isn't nearly as grating as hearing some kid with his gain turned up to a million screaming into his microphone. Unless you have ears so sensitive you can't stand listening to a fly Engineer.

Like I said, just hide your teammates. It's like you completely ignored what I suggested just to keep complaining about nothing.

If you're so lazy to the point you can't download a mod to disable specifically fly Engineer's voice lines, that's on you. People shouldn't be getting banned over this shit. Lmao.
