124 "its ya boi" [U:1:135431602] 13:36 542 0 active that is his ping right now , .. but it fluxuates from 500 to over 900 and it doesnt seem to affect his movements, but trying to hit him , its not registering.

Hello this is ya boi.

This is just a misunderstanding I have very old internet because of where I live and I have no other provider to go to.

heres proof on my phone to my latency reach 400/600 without any program:

all day my internet goes from 60 latency to 996(max ping tf2 will show). My internet is only really fine in the night when everyone in my house is asleep.

So you are reporting that you have shitty internet? .....
