I thought Skial didnt allow people to come back onto Skial if they'd been banned and found guilty?

Mildly Menacing Medic
Went to join the NY server and low and behold there's Samien a guy who'd been banned for aimbot along with Selkie and two others, that was 2019 .. so after the 4 page debate with Bottiger someone thought "hey he's legit?" when someone gets 41 reports for aimbotting THEN gets removed for AIMBOTTING by the owner how does he wind back up the server?

If true, another instance of the mass pardon being such an inspired decision. They mass pardoned a bunch of permanently banned people to try and raise player counts in 2025. I don't have the statistics but I do know that some people with some rather NASTY ban reasons were included in the pardon because apparently they couldn't realistically pick and choose.

Between this and this, what are we doing here? I was playing on Skial server for the community and lack of cheaters.

Summary So this guy, Who has been perma muted twice and has two pages of mutes has been joining everyday and rage baiting while sitting in spawn. He has been reported before, and we don't want him on the server. He is not playing the game, he is trying to come as close to breaking the rules as he can everyday. Enough is enough. He is only unmuted because of the mass pardon and because he has been muted so many times, he has learned to be on the edge of being too toxic. Despite trying to be just barely on the right side of not breaking...

If you have other players in mind please keep that for now and dont expose them right away if you have the time it would be nice if you can make me a list of the people you see on the server and send it to me on the forum and when I see the names I will be happy to observe them when they are playing.

Yes it’s true, I look more the ratio kill death and it look very high.

But again its not impossible at all on a 64 2fort with pocket medic and bad players and many other factors.

We would need more data and just observe him when he play.

well if you look back in the report that was made, he got into a 4 day battle with bottiger and Bot had to literally shut the thread down because samien wouldnt stop trying to convince the "OWNER" that he wasnt cheating when it took the owner to look at his game play that he had shown demonstrations and it showed either an aimlock or silent aim... ANYWAYS.

Just to be clear I am 100% against ever letting a cheater come play again on the server

YEA bro i wasnt making any insinuation towards you or your comment, but yea there was like a 4 page "argument" between samien and Bottiger back i believe it was 2019 ish anyways, i want to thank Gala for re banning the cheater.. and thank Metroid for always being that small insignificant commenter like he is haha .

Got banned for aimbot, i dont cheat etc. Don't know what i can do to prove it that hasnt already been done. I use mouse accel if it matters, track at 100cm and flick at 40cm. Don't think a decision like this would be made without evidence and im assuming you have stats that back it up, i cant disprove that and my word doesnt mean much i guess.​

I do agree the mass unban is a stupid decision and just looks really desperate lol. With that being said however, the temp unban was worth it just to hear your voice again Krash <3. It's been 7 years and you still think I cheat which is an impressive amount of time to remain deluded. Made me feel young again. Nobody gets mad in quite the way you do Krash you're an actual legendary lolcow that keeps on giving. It's quite frankly titillating how you're still so unfairly upset despite the fact that you dont know me not even remotely, but you show your ass daily on here, this is where you can show your ass, and in this case its mets face.
