Summary So this guy, Who has been perma muted twice and has two pages of mutes has been joining everyday and rage baiting while sitting in spawn. He has been reported before, and we don't want him on the server. He is not playing the game, he is trying to come as close to breaking the rules as he can everyday. Enough is enough. He is only unmuted because of the mass pardon and because he has been muted so many times, he has learned to be on the edge of being too toxic. Despite trying to be just barely on the right side of not breaking rules, he is still just idling, spamming the chat with as much ragebait as posseilbe

At some point you really gotta wonder why has this one been allowed to do this for 9+ years when others have been ass-blasted off the server for less

Ragebaiting is not against the rules, however if the server decides to votemute him for being a nuisance we won't do anything about that

Oh, no, he said He's been recording every encounter and if he does get votemuted he'll call it abuse to one of you lot to get it removed and the person who called it banned for false report. Dozens of people can vouch for that claim because he says it A LOT

If he's such a problem and has shown he is gonna keep being one going on for near 10 years now, why not just shut him up for good? He's clearly never gonna change and never gonna stop using "I'm white so you have to obey me" as a moral mindset every time. What will it realistically take at this point because at this rate, people are gonna see him as example of what to do to keep causing problems and be allowed to walk free

We said that, but then a mass pardon was put. It’s not like we could go in the future and foresee this happening.
 
Well, it might be time to walk that back because he's only gotten worse. Cause I don't think people wanna have someone joining servers constantly talking about "I want X person I don't agree with politically to be killed on sight" or "I am glad us white people don't have to feel guilty anymore because Trump is our president" or even worse "I am happy ICE is killing terrorists like you all who want illegals here".

The only reason this person is banned from the forums is because he appealed a mute that is now removed. If we have to deal with him on the server, i feel like yall should have to deal with him on the forums.
