I request that the ban to Hakurei Reimu be reinstated. In my opinion he is clearly cheating.
Proof of aimbot:
This video is in slow motion at 1/8 speed, the real game time is about 3 seconds. You can see how the aimbot is trigered when firing, and it goes for the head of the nearest enemy player near the aim cursor.
All the cheating player has to do is aim in the general direction of an enemy, the aimbot does the rest.
As can be seen, the aimbot moves to the enemy head, then moves back to where it was. This happens so fast, that you will miss it in normal play.
I am presenting only one instance, but this happens all the time with this player kills. I have the dem file if required.
Wallhack/radar proof:
This was captured on Skial ctf_turbine server.
Watch the BLU scouts.
At 0:11 a BLU scout comes out of BLU base
At 0:29 a BLU scout makes it to RED base
At 0:35 player is checking out what happened to BLU scout in RED base. In dem file, you can see scout gets killed right in RED spawn by vents entrance. He just seems to be staring at the wall, but since he can see players thru walls, he is checking out the action back at his base. Maybe at that point he also notices the scout near intel, that he goes after at 0:40.
At 0:38 another BLU scout makes it to RED base
At 0:40, with no explanation why, player decides to go hunt a BLU scout near RED intel. Even before he can see the scout, he is pointing in the general direction where the scout is located.
At 0:51 player is waiting for scout to show up again, but not at ledge height, but at normal floor height. How does he know the scout is not on the ledge anymore?
At 0:59 player does a 180 to check the friendly spy coming in, how did he know?
At 1:02 we can see aimbot in action trying to kill scout.
At 1:05 again aimbot that can be seen in more detail in slow motion aimbot video
Here is the dem file:

Both videos are taken from this recorded demo
UPDATE:
Here is another video. not a head shot kill, but again that strange jerkiness at the moment of firing, and back to the original position again. This video is 1/10 slow motion, so its actually like 2,5 seconds game play.
Keep that in mind, that one second "moves to shoot and moves back", its actually 1/10 of a second.
UPDATE 2:
Another slow motion video at 1/10 speed, this one is right at the end of the round, same recorded demo.
As you can see, same thing: player aims at the general direction of the enemy player, presses fire, aimbot kicks in, snaps to enemy head, snaps back to where it was, about 1/10 of a second in total.
So with this one is 3 instances of the same "modus operandi" and not a random suspicious shot. I rest my case.
