New (Freak Fortress 2) Remove or Buff Pootis Bird

Pootis Bird is one of the few selectable bosses that you can play as and is genuinely the most unfun and bad to play as.
The issue with him is that it is almost impossible to win a round with him unless you play against newbie reds.

He barely has mobility, his flight is absolutely awful and useless to use because it drains your rage fast and you can still get knocked back while using it, an engineer can easily bully this boss with a level 3 sentry.

And his flight does not help him against soldiers that can rocket jump to high ground or just rocket jump around.

And about his rage, his rage is the most USELESS rage out of every boss.
His minions can barely even do anything, they either get one shotted right after getting spawned or just dont do anything because they barely even deal damage because they cant even easily kill any class unless if its an unaware sniper that can get taunt killed.

If Pootis Bird is ever getting buffed, I suggest to either make flight not cost rage to use and give it a cooldown or replace it entirely.

And his rage should be able to revive all dead reds as minions so they can atleast be somewhat useful.

Or maybe buff the minions by giving them Crit resistance or anything that would make them live longer.

Pootis Bird should really get buffed because of how unfun he is to use.

Or just straight up replaced or removed.

Pootis Bird is just generally unfun to play as, he has the worst mobility out of every Hale, i wouldnt say removing him but replacing him with something more fun.
Its just the fact that he can only win by capping the point if he even manages to kill enough reds to do so.
I just hope he gets somewhat changed into something more fun to play as

I've seen his minions kill half the team for him almost every single time. I don't think he needs to be buffed or needs to be removed.

you clearly dont know how good minions are when someone who knows how it works uses it, scout minions are really really good, he has the best jumping in the game imo, i think pootis bird is pretty good he just struggles chasing scouts but his minions are good.
 
-1 If you are good enough with his jump it can be deadly with weighdown, his minions aren't bad because they are minions. They serve as a distraction which is good enough, plus 117 dmg is good (especially since scout and medic minions exist with 300 hp). His rage is good because it stuns sentries, gives him crits (they do 600) for a good amount of time, and it also spawns minions (which is just a plus all around). If you were to give him the ability to res all dead red players, it would just be old cave. His only hard counter tbh is a good scout, his R is really hard to deal with as any class except scout and maybe soldier. Even though he is a lower tier boss, he is still good if you know how to utilize him.

A scout minion could could kill 5 people if they wanted to. Many times I seen a minion clutch a round and win games by themselves, The boss itself can use multiple jumps to negate a lot of knockback. Not to mention the boss can get crits whenever dealing 600 damage one shotting most classes besides an over healed heavy and a dead ringer spy with over 300 hp.
