1. 
   You're on turbine and I ([U:1:106005514]) and start singing too DavidtheTurkey, how do you proceed?
   You see a picture of Ash from Pokemon, naked, sprayed by [U:1:12345678] how do you proceed?

1) Whether or not you should get muted depends on your mic-quality and if you are purposely singing in a way to be a nuisance (overly loud and irregularly pitched).
If your mic and song quality is not staticy, breaking in-and-out, etc, I would use sm_csay to tell people to client mute you at their leisure.
If your mic and song quality is not up to par and carries on for too long/you do not listen to my warnings: I would proceed by opening up the server's ID listing by typing status into console. Then I would extract your ID (which is [U:1:106005514] ) and quickly use it to check your offenses. And accordingly to your offenses I would have to mute you. (sm_mute "#[U:1:12345678]" (time) "Server disruption via Mic (bad singing)")

2) I never watched Pokemon, and I don't know if they we're adults or not. But it looks shotacon enough to me. I would proceed to ban him accordingly to his offenses (after extracting his ID and searching offenses in SourceBans) - sm_ban "#[U:1:12345678]" (time) "Use of illicit child pornography in spray "

I want to +1, but the last time you applied it ended with you leaving Skial for a few months. I can't remember if that was directly related to the app or not, but the point still stands.

The reason I've been iffy in your last app was because of some of the stuff you pulled in the past.

For example, the time you were trying to troll some of the admins by joining a server and changing your name to someone else's name who was reported for racism and you were talking about Nigeria. You never really gave a clear explanation on why you did that from what I could remember.

And you've pulled some other weird decisions that a good portion of the other admins were concerned with.

I'm asking if you've changed since then

I remember that being with Biggie, when he muted someone for racism, but I absolutely don't recalbringing up Nigeria. It was on Hightower, don't remember which one, and his name was hyperion and I was into the Hyperion Faction from borderlands 2 and my name was changed to Hyperion too and came on the server. I did make sure however, that I did not interrupt any admin business.

But you are right, that was weird, and quite a while ago. I've kept my distance from weird instances like that, and I plan on continuing to do so.
So yes, in honest belief I have changed.

I've given my reasons on multiple occasions, and to put it simply I just don't think you're up to the task.

For those who havent seen my reasons before;
- I suspect potential favoritism
- He seems to be unstable within the community (he often leaves when someone says something not-so-nice)
- I suspect he buys votes
- He has helped people dodge reports before

In my opinion that's more than enough to say no.
And I'm really dead-set on this opinion, it would actually make me slightly upset if he ended up an admin. But that's just me.

Oh brother. So I'm changing to a -1 for a few reasons.
Firstly, as both I and Sroy have mentioned, Defib has been unstable in the community (specifically this [leaving for 3 months and then coming back for no apparent reason])

That was the main reason I +0-ed previously. Now however, going through his old app and just generally combing through the forums, there's this to take into account.
Now, Defib states on this app (above) that it didn't interrupt any admin business. However, the timestamps and general timing of the issue imply that it was his intent to fuck around, and it seems from the back and forth on Defib's old app that it worked pretty well. I don't know what the idea was behind the name change, but it does seem weird enough to pause for thought. Both of these issues were about 6-12 months ago, which I think warrants my questioning Defib's ability.

Combine that with instability, as well as the points Sroy brings up, and I'll be changing to a -1.

I'm kinda having a hard time believing that. It seems like it was entirely intentional. You rated the report 'disagree' and changed your name to the reported player's name and according to one of the admins in the server you started going on about Nigeria.

Maybe I missed some details from the old discussion about your app, but its not just that one instance that makes me feel iffy about having you as an admin.

- I suspect you'd be bias against some rule breakers given the stuff you've done in the past. One time someone sent me a screenshot of one of your steam messages saying something about you paying someone to help get Jake unbanned somehow. I can't recall if I asked you what the deal about that was, but it makes me wonder if you'd be bias when it comes to having to ban friends
- The 'defib surveyor drones' thing is something Bottiger would likely be against since we're not supposed to be out solely looking for things to silence and ban over. We don't have enough admins to be in every server for a reason
- Awhile back on 2fort you were offering me a key to ban a alleged rulebreaker. I didn't accept the key but I'm suspecting it may of been a bribe given how often you seem to throw money and items around in the community which I'm suspecting you were doing to try to gain extra support for a future admin app. Maybe you were just trying to be nice but it felt a bit bribey
- You've done some other minor stuff like leaving the community for awhile, joining a different community, posing as a chick on a alt account and denying it once you were caught and some other weird things.

Plus what Sroy pointed out.

But most of what I said is conjecture but its enough to make me feel shaky about you possibly becoming admin so I'm going to go with a -1

I just want you to know, though, that what happened in last app was last app. I feel, and have had the patience to say that, I've changed. I, myself, feel fully refreshed and up to par for this job among the people of Skial. I was odd at first, but I promise I've worked out the dents for this. Because I just really want to help.

Another thing is that the Drones are not only there to inspect severs, but they're to teach the rules and to keep an eye out for mappers and people who understand how plugins and what not works to help out with a lot of our suggestions.

What happened last app may be last app; but that doesn't change the fact that you're the same DefibYouLater that's done quite a few questionable things, and I've been told you're still doing a few of them to this very day. It's really hard to vouch for you (or even not vouch against you) when you've done things that blatantly show favoritism, bribery, and instability in the past and haven't made up for the in the present. You even continue to deny them or refuse to address them. The drones are also concerning since they could be associated with actual staff when they aren't, IMO.
